In this easy cooking video, I make some black beans and rice in my Instant Pot electric pressure cooker. The ingredients to my easy recipe are 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of dried black beans, 4 cups of water, and salt to taste. The cooking time is 20 minutes on the pressure cook setting and I let the pressure release on it's own. Total time in the pot was 54 minutes.
